You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Returns must be received in their original condition with all packaging. ArttoGo.nl reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet company standards and will return the products at the expense of the customer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Use the withdrawal form to complete your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
As soon as we have received your item, you will be notified that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund upon inspection of the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on the policy of the issuer of your cards.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only normal priced items or items purchased with a discount code can be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please use our withdrawal form to exchange your items. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. ArttoGo.nl takes no responsibility for missing packages without proof of delivery. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
