Poly print is een krachtig combinatieproduct met een verbluffend resultaat. Poly is een hoogwaardige PET-folie geschikt voor eco solvent inkten. De gladde, stabiele coating zorgt voor fotorealistische kleuren en is gemakkelijk te lamineren zonder verzilvering. De Poly Print wordt eenvoudig op aluminium sandwichpanelen verlijmt door de permanente, transparante lijmlaag. In combinatie met het speciale Poly Laminaat creëer je een zeer hoogwaardig fotopaneel dat ook nog eens zeer krasvast is en uitblinkt in diepte, en glans.

Art print quality on Acrylic
Acrylpanelen kunnen op de voorkant of op de achterkant worden bedrukt. Bij back-printing is het mogelijk om met een speciale UV-printer wit te printen om zo een compacte of gedeeltelijke achtergrond voor de foto te creëren. Het gebruik van wit als vijfde kleur maakt het mogelijk om zelfs op heldere harde materialen te printen, wat resulteert in een weergave van fotokwaliteit. Afdrukken op een niet-wit oppervlak verandert meestal de kleuren in een afbeelding, terwijl door wit te gebruiken de kleuren er natuurlijk uit zien.
Acrylic panels can be printed on the front side or on the back side. In case of back printing it is possible with a special UV printer to print white in order to create a compact or a partial background for the picture. The use of white as fifth colour enables to print even onto clear rigid materials providing photo-quality rendering. Printing on any non-white surface usually alters colours in a picture, while by laying white it is possible to enhance colours keeping them look natural.

Geborsteld dibond-composietpaneel (ook bekend als Butler-afwerking) op maat gesneden in een dikte van 3 mm. Dibond-platen zijn composietplaten met een aluminium beklede plaat met een kern van flexibel polyethyleen. Ze zijn extreem stijf en toch licht van gewicht en zijn bedekt met een speciale lak van hoge kwaliteit, waardoor ze perfect zijn voor direct op het substraat bedrukken aan beide zijden van het vel.
Dibond-platen kunnen gemakkelijk op elk oppervlak worden geboord, geklonken, geschroefd of genageld en Dibond roest of barst niet.

Acrylic
Acryl is een transparant plastic materiaal met uitstekende sterkte, stijfheid en optische helderheid. Acrylplaat is gemakkelijk te vervaardigen, hecht goed aan lijmen en oplosmiddelen en is gemakkelijk te thermovormen. Het heeft superieure verweringseigenschappen in vergelijking met veel andere transparante kunststoffen.
Acrylplaten hebben 17 keer de slagvastheid van glas, wat betekent dat er veel meer kracht nodig is om acryl te breken dan glas.

Poly
Poly is een combinatie tussen een hoogwaardige basisfolie en een hoogglanzend laminaat dat direct op een 3 mm dibond-paneel wordt gelijmd. De Poly-laminering brengt meer kleur en diepte in het kunstwerk.
